Welcome to TripOn Holidays. By accessing our website, booking services, or engaging with us as a partner or traveler, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
TripOn Holidays provides travel-related services including tour packages, visa assistance, corporate travel solutions, and destination management services to both individual travelers (B2C) and registered travel partners (B2B). All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from TripOn Holidays.
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier revisions, taxes, or unforeseen market changes.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment as specified in the invoice.
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be specified in the official quotation or invoice.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of services.
- All bank charges, transaction fees, or foreign exchange charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the client or partner unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on airlines, hotels, and service providers.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies.
- Refund timelines depend on the policies of third-party service providers and financial institutions.
- TripOn Holidays reserves the right to deduct administrative/service charges where applicable.
5. Changes & Amendments
Any request for changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, hotels, services, etc.) must be submitted in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Travel Documents & Visa
- It is the responsibility of the traveler or partner to ensure passports, visas, and travel documents are valid and meet destination requirements.
- TripOn Holidays provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.
- We are not liable for delays, rejections, or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
7. Liability & Responsibility
TripOn Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local guides. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines or suppliers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.)
- Loss, damage, injury, accident, or additional expenses beyond our control
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
8. Force Majeure
TripOn Holidays shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, government regulations, natural disasters, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
9. B2B Partner Responsibilities
Registered travel partners must:
- Provide accurate traveler information
- Ensure compliance with payment deadlines
- Not misuse TripOn Holidays’ rates, content, or confidential information
- Respect agreed contractual terms
Any misuse or breach may result in suspension or termination of partnership.
10. Website Usage
All website content, including logos, branding, text, and images, is the property of TripOn Holidays and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
